Feature: Quiz Management

The Quiz Management feature allows users to create quizzes for practice or testing purposes. Quizzes consist of a set of questions, and two types of quizzes are supported: Practice Quiz and Timed Quiz. Each quiz can include various question types to assess learners' understanding and knowledge retention.

Key Components:

• Quiz Types:

  • Practice Quiz:

    • Users can attempt practice quizzes to reinforce learning.

    • Learners can view answers and navigate freely between questions.

  • Timed Quiz:

    • Designed for assessment purposes, timed quizzes have a set duration for completion.

    • Intended to simulate test conditions and assess learners' proficiency within a specific timeframe.

• Question Types:

  • Single Choice:

    • Users select one correct answer from a list of options.

  • Multiple Choice:

    • Users can choose multiple correct answers from a list of options.

  • True/False:

    • Users indicate whether a statement is true or false.

  • Numeric Answer:

    • Users input a numerical value as their answer.

  • Text Answer:

    • Users provide a textual response to the question.

Functionality:

• Quiz Creation:

  • Users can create new quizzes and define the type (Practice or Timed).

• Question Creation:

  • Users can add various types of questions to the quiz.

• Quiz Settings:

  • For Timed Quizzes, users can set the time limit for completion.

• Answer Visibility:

  • Practice quizzes allow users to view correct answers immediately.

• Navigation:

  • Practice quizzes enable users to jump to any question during the quiz.

• Scoring:

  • Automatic scoring is provided for quizzes with predefined correct answers.

• Feedback:

  • Users can receive feedback on their quiz performance, including scores and correct/incorrect answers.
